Quicksand announce new album ‘Interiors’
QUICKSAND have announced a brand new album!
The upcoming album, titled Interiors, is the first album from the band in 22 years and is scheduled to be released in November this year! The upcoming album features the band’s original lineup of drummer Alan Cage, frontman/guitarist Walter Schreifels, bassist Sergio Vega, and guitarist Tom Capone. The upcoming album was recorded at Studio 4 Recording in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania and was produced and engineered by Will Yip (THE MENZINGERS, TITLE FIGHT, PIANOS BECOME THE TEETH). Speaking about the upcoming album, Walter Schreifels says, “it was all just about being ourselves and who we were as well as who we are. We did it for us completely.” Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band has released a new music video for the first single from the upcoming album, titled Illuminant.
