Russkaja announce new album ‘Turbo Polka Party’
RUSSKAJA have announced a new album!
Titled Turbo Polka Party, the upcoming album from the Austrian ska punk band is the follow-up to 2019’s No One Is Illegal, and is scheduled to be released in February next year, via Napalm Records.
Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band have released a new animated music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming album; No Borders. The message behind the new single intends to be reflective of the cries for peace the band stated in the wake of the Ukrainian/Russian tensions flaring earlier this year.
Speaking about the new single, guitarist/songwriter/producer Engel Mayr says, “besides the incredibly important message of the song, we’re also really happy we did another video with the great Juppi Juppsen again, who has done some of our greatest visuals like Energia & El Pueblo Unido in the past!”
