Seven Blood release new music video for ‘House ≠ Home’

SEVEN BLOOD have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track House ≠ Home, is the brand new single from the German alternative metalcore band and follows on from their previous single, Killing From The Inside, which was released back in June.

The new single was produced by Anfy Hartmann, mixed by Dan Weller [ENTER SHIKARI, HOLDING ABSENCE, BURY TOMORROW] and mastered by Dick Beetham.

The track draws on the band’s shared yet contrasting backgrounds – pulling from guitarist Oli and drummer Anfy’s disillusionment growing up in Suhl, a former German Democratic Republic powerhouse city left facing urban decline following Germany’s unification, as well as the isolation felt by vocalist Azaria as a young woman whose multicultural background – born in Berlin to a Moroccan mother and Iranian father – fuelled a crisis of belonging. “I had lots of questions about who I was and the culture of my family,” she shares. “I felt very lost, a person without an identity. I think we all had similar experiences where we didn’t feel that we had a loving childhood home any more. House ≠ Home is about breaking those chains, and escaping all of those past feelings”
