Shinedown release new music video for ‘Searchlight’

SHINEDOWN have released a brand new single!

The track, titled Searchlight, is out now via Atlantic Records and follows on from the Florida-based hard rock band’s previous single, Killing Fields, which was released back in July.

Written by Brent Smith, Eric Bass, and Dave Bassett, and produced by Eric Bass at Big Animal Studio in Charleston, SC, the song was first performed live during the band’s Grand Ole Opry debut last month.

Speaking about the track, Brent Smith says, “sometimes when you listen close enough to the universe and you’re willing to receive something from it – a song can come out of thin air. We didn’t find this one, it found us.”
