Show Me The Body announce new album ‘Trouble The Water’
SHOW ME THE BODY have announced a brand new album!
Titled Trouble The Water, the third full-length album from the New York City experimental hardcore trio is scheduled to be released in October this year via Loma Vista Recordings. The album was recorded entirely at CORPUS studios in Long Island City and produced with Arthur Rizk (POWER TRIP, TURNSTILE, MUNICIPAL WASTE).
The 12-tracks of Trouble The Water both reference and pay homage to the physical city, and the New York Sound: not one particular genre, but the people and subcultures that encapsulate its true foundation, style, and spirit; while expanding upon and reckoning with the hyperlocal territory of 2019’s Dog Whistle.
Alongside the announcement of the album, the band have released a new single, titled We Came To Play, which follows the release of Loose Talk earlier this year.
