Sleep Outside announce new EP ‘Lakes In Which To Drown In’
SLEEP OUTSIDE have announced a new EP!
Titled Lakes In Which To Drown In, the upcoming EP from emotionally driven rock band is the follow-up to 2021’s This Won’t Ever Last, and is scheduled to be released in November this year, via Best Life Records.
Alongside the announcement of the new EP, the band have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming EP; Sick.
Speaking about the new song, the band says, “Sick actually predates the band and was originally released in early 2020 as a one-track acoustic demo recorded by Adam (Holborn – guitar and vocals) at home. We knew the chorus had way more to give so decided to give it a face lift and re-work some lyrics. Thematically, it picks up exactly where the last track off the debut EP left off and leaves a perfect book end on that period of time with the most obnoxious, triumphant key-change we could have achieved.”
