Sleep Outside release new music video for ‘Spider’
SLEEP OUTSIDE have released a new music video!
The new music video, for the track Spider, is taken from the emotionally driven rock band’s upcoming new EP, Lakes In Which To Drown In, which is scheduled to be released in November this year.
Speaking about the new song, vocalist/guitarist Adam Holborn says, “this track is probably the most frightening look into my everyday mental state that I could possibly write. I’ve had nightmares pretty frequently for as long as I can remember but last summer I dyed my hair red for the first time, a weirdly big deal for someone so self conscious, and that night I had the most terrifying nightmare about a big ass spider who was the same colour as my hair. I woke up and wrote that song pretty quickly the next day. The lyrics are pretty chaotic and felt like the realest representation of my day-to-day anxieties around everything I do.”
