Stand Still release new song ‘Steps Ascending’

STAND STILL have released a brand new song!

The new song, titled Steps Ascending, is the brand new single from the Long Island-based melodic hardcore band and marks their first new music since their In A Moment’s Notice EP, which was released in July 2022.

Speaking about the new single, vocalist Gerry Windus says, “these lyrics are inspired by Catholic guilt and the anxiety that can arise from questions left unanswered. Growing up in a religious household often leads to feeling as if everything is supposed to hold a deeper meaning, this track attempts to describe those feelings in the catchiest way possible.”
