ten56. announce new album ‘IO’

TEN56. have announced a new album!

Titled IO, the upcoming album from the French metal band is the follow-up to 2023’s Downer, and is scheduled to be released in September this year, via Out Of Line Music.

Speaking about the upcoming album, the band shares, “with IO, we’ve taken the distinct foundation on which we built our debut album on, and pushed that twisted, vulgar, yet vulnerable emotional rollercoaster even further. We thoroughly hope people enjoy the journey we created with this pivotal sophomore release.”

Alongside the announcement of the new album, TEN56. have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming album; I Know Where You Sleep. The new song is the latest single to be released from the upcoming album, following on from PTY FCKPig, and Good Morning.

Speaking about the new single, vocalist Aaron Matts says, “we chose to announce the album alongside I Know Where You Sleep accompanied by it’s infomercial because it was important for us to give our audience a glimpse into what dark and twisted sounds and subject matter awaits on IO, whilst also not giving too much away as to where else we have pushed the bar in terms of sonic influence. IKWYS sets the tone; our music is as sadistic as it’s ever been, yet this album is full of surprises and the rest is to be discovered.”
