The Darkest Moment release new music video for ‘To An End’

THE DARKEST MOMENT have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track To An End, is taken from the Danish post-hardcore band’s upcoming new EP, Love & Loss, which is scheduled to be released in January. The new song is the second single to be released from the upcoming EP, following on from Sorrows, which was released last month.

Speaking about the new song, the band says, “To An End explores the feelings that follow Tragedy and Sorrows, where the person reminisces on the past and how they felt during this tragic period of their life, and questioning if they’ll ever feel like themselves again. While it is a sad song with a somewhat depressing tone, we also attempted to really make it quite uplifting, because we know that in the end it is possible to grow stronger and overcome tragedy. We wanted to try a different approach to the song writing on this one, so we decided to write the lyrics and melodies as a back and forth between our usual vocals of Nico and the vocals of Timo [OUR MIRAGE, ALLEVIATE], who features on the song. It is our first time co-writing melodies like this with such a lovely and great singer, and the vocals really turned out much stronger because of it.”
