The Human Veil release new song ‘Faceless God’
THE HUMAN VEIL have released a new song!
The song, titled Faceless God, is taken from the band’s upcoming EP Fractures, set for release August 14th.
Faceless God is inspired by the Game of Thrones story of Arya Stark, who loses her sight in training that allows her to see people for who and what they are. Vocalist, Matt Wall says, “The story was so powerful that it inspired me to write lyrics heavily based on it, and it needed an instrumental that portrayed this kind of disturbing story. It’s a mixture of creepy and chaotic.”

The Fractures EP is an insight into the battles that people can experience in their own minds; from the most disturbing issues of psychosis and trauma, depression and addiction. Starting with the first tracks of chaotic, heavy feelings of dread and hopelessness, to the final track Lone Wolf that conveys a more positive message of strength and aspiration, hope and healing.
Fractures is out August 14th.
