The Hunna announce new EP ‘blue transitions’
THE HUNNA have announced a brand new EP!
Titled blue transitions, the upcoming EP from the British alternative rock trio is scheduled to be released in November this year, via FLG. The release of the new EP follows on from their self-titled album, which was released in October 2022, via Believe.
Speaking about the upcoming EP, vocalist/guitarist Ryan Potter says, “our first ever EP blue transitions is a set of powerful, melancholic songs taking a deeper look into the transformations & changes that occur naturally in life between two individuals. The transitional moments & mechanisms that can play out all underlined by different complexions of blue signifying sadness yet also grace in the face of such difficult moments.”
Alongside the announcement of the new EP, THE HUNNA have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming EP; bloom.
Speaking about the new song, vocalist/guitarist Ryan Potter shares, “bloom follows on from the first single hide & seek. It’s a story about the raw gritty parts to love, life & relationships. Are we able to see past any triggers or past traumas we faced for what they are? And do we have the courage to confront them?”
