The Intersphere announce new album ‘Wanderer’
THE INTERSPHERE have announced a new album!
Titled Wanderer, the upcoming album from the German progressive rock band is the long-awaited follow-up to 2018’s The Grand Delusion, and is scheduled to be released in May this year, via self-release.
Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming album; Bulletproof. The new song is the second single to be released from the upcoming album; following on from the title track, which was released back in December last year.
Speaking about the new song, frontman Christoph Hessler says, “Bulletproof deals with the constant availability that communication media has brought with it and what this does to us as human beings. The lyrics are inspired by Hartmut Rosa‘s The Uncontrollability of the World, whose theses state that the true value of human feeling lies in the unpredictable and the power of creation and creativity in lingering. Through the constant availability of everything, we deny ourselves the most beautiful things of human existence.”
