The Old Dead Tree release new music video for ‘Solastalgia’

THE OLD DEAD TREE have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track Solastalgia, is taken from the French progressive death metal band’s upcoming new album, Second Thoughts, which is scheduled to be released in December this year, via Season Of Mist.

The new song intends to present itself as a lament for a world in peril, a raw cry against the environmental destruction that haunts us. It channels the collective anxiety of our times into an unflinching narrative sung with desperation and fervor: “I don’t know, my god I don’t know what to do now.” The track resonates deeply, touching the frayed nerves of anyone witnessing the gradual but relentless collapse of the natural world.
