The Raven Age release new song ‘Visions’
THE RAVEN AGE have released a brand new single!
Titled Visions, the track arrives as the British metal band celebrate their 10th anniversary and launch their Monarchy UK headline tour tonight in Southampton. The new single follows on from their previous single, Hangman, which was released back in June.
Speaking about the song, vocalist Matt James says, “Visions is a song that was made to be played live. I wanted a riff that was simple enough but memorable enough that the crowd could sing it back at us, almost like they become the extra band member. We can’t wait to showcase it on our upcoming tour!”
The tour also marks an emotional moment for the band, as founding guitarist George Harris will play his final shows due to ongoing issues with his hand. Harris comments, “I’d like to say a huge thank all the THE RAVEN AGE fans and everyone who’s made this band work for the last ten years. I’ve had the privilege of travelling the world, sharing the stage with some of the world’s biggest and best bands and have met some amazing people along the way. Loved every minute of it! See you guys in the crowd.”
