THIS GIFT IS A CURSE have released a brand new song!

The new song, titled Ascension, is taken from the Swedish blackened sludge metal band’s upcoming new album, HEIR, which is scheduled to be released in March this year, via Season Of Mist.

On the new single, the band intend to delve into the arcane spectrums of the human soul. Swathed in the ominous embrace of the Overlook Studio in Gävle, Sweden, and meticulously conjured by producer William Blackmon, Ascension intends to be an invocation, summoning the darkness that dwells within us all. Magnus Lindberg’s mastering at Redmount Studios in Stockholm ensures that every note of this sonic incantation reverberates through your very core.
