Tons Of Rock Festival announce 10 new bands for 2025
Tons Of Rock Festival have announced 10 new bands for 2025’s festival!
Following a blockbuster 2024, which saw the likes of METALLICA, TOOL, JUDAS PRIEST, PARKWAY DRIVE, SATYRICON and Tons more descend to Norway’s capital, now, the first 10 bands for 2025’s festival have been confirmed!
Leading the charge in the new announcement is legendary punk rock band GREEN DAY, who will headline the main stage in an exclusive Norwegian appearance, whilst the likes of ELECTRIC CALLBOY, EMPEROR and LORNA SHORE will all perform at next year’s festival. Also confirmed is POWERWOLF, ALESTORM, THE GOOD, THE BAD & THE ZUGLY, JINJER, KIM DRACULA and OLD MAN’S CHILD.
Speaking about the announcement, festival booking manger Jarle Kvåle says, “we are extremely proud to announce such a wild and massive first wave of bands for Tons Of Rock 2025. GREEN DAY is a dream booking that have been on the top of the wish list from our audience for many years. Seeing next year’s lineup also take shape with incredible acts such as POWERWOLF and LORNA SHORE, exclusive concerts featuring national treasures like EMPEROR and Norway’s best and most vital band, THE GOOD, THE BAD & THE ZUGLY, along with modern sensations like ELECTRIC CALLBOY and KIM DRACULA, is just incredible.”
