Trivium unveil demo ahead of Ember To Inferno re-release
American heavy metal titans TRIVIUM have unearthed a rare demo, entitled The Storm, which can be listened to ahead of the re-release of their debut album Ember To Inferno.
The newly available demo track has been a talking point for TRIVIUM fans over the course of the band’s career. The Storm was only briefly available on TRIVIUM‘s blue demo, Caeruleus, which dates back further than any of their albums and features a 16-year-old TRIVIUM vocalist and guitarist Matt Heafy.
The Storm, which is lyrically inspired by the Norwegian Oskoreia, has now re-surfaced and features on the band’s upcoming re-release which will hit the shops on December 2nd via Cooking Vinyl. However, pre-orders of the album will immediately come with The Storm as an instant grat track.
The Ember To Inferno re-release will be available in four different formats, including the standard CD, standard vinyl LP, the ‘Ab Initio’ deluxe CD including 13 bonus tracks and the ‘Ab Initio’ 5LP Box, which includes five coloured LPs in a special box including the original album in a 2LP Gatefold on flame marble vinyl, the expanded booklet, a poster, a stencil, and 13 bonus tracks over three LPs.
