Vreid announce new album ‘The Skies Turn Black’
VREID have announced a brand new album!
Titled The Skies Turn Black, the upcoming record is the follow-up to 2021’s Wild North West and is scheduled to be released on March 6th, 2026 via Season of Mist.
Speaking about the album, the band says, “this album pushed us to our limits, but it reminded us why we still do this. The fire is still there, stronger than ever.”
Alongside the album announcement, the band have released the first single, From These Woods, complete with a music video. The track originated during early demo sessions in a remote mountain cabin and quickly became the foundation for the album’s tone.
