Wandar announce new album ‘Tiefe Erde’
WANDAR have announced a brand new album!
The German atmospheric black metal act have announced their upcoming new album Tiefe Erde, which is set for release on May 1st via Vendetta Records. Formed in 2006, the band have long carved their name into the underground with an approach rooted in Scandinavian tradition, shaped by Cascadian influence, and refined through uncompromising modern standards. Serving as the conclusion to the cycle begun with Landlose Ufer and Zyklus, Tiefe Erde embodies the band’s dense, immersive and emotionally volatile style.
Speaking about the album’s thematic completion, “we burned our temple of the elemental. We descended into the depths of transcendent hells. We bled, we suffered, we fell, and we became one with ancient earths. Tiefe Erde completes the circle we began with Landlose Ufer and Zyklus. The fire will always be light!”
