Weedpecker sign to Heavy Psych Sounds Records

WEEDPECKER have signed a brand new record deal!

The Polish heavy psychedelic rock band have officially signed with Heavy Psych Sounds Records for the release of their upcoming fifth studio album, the reissue of their sophomore full-length II, and the booking of their next European tour.

Speaking about joining the label, the band comment, “we’re excited to announce that WEEDPECKER is joining the Heavy Psych Sounds family. It feels great to team up with a label that shares our vision, and we can’t wait to share the next chapter of our journey with you all.”

Formed in Warsaw in 2012 by brothers Piotr and Bartek Dobry, the band have built a reputation for blending dreamy, expansive psychedelia with the weight of stoner and grunge influences. Across four albums, including their latest release IV: The Stream of Forgotten Thoughts (2021), the band have evolved their sound while remaining one of Europe’s most essential heavy psych acts.
