Whitechapel release new music video for ‘Anticure’

WHITECHAPEL have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track Anticure, is taken from the deathcore juggernauts’ latest studio album, Kin, which was released in October last year.

In our latest feature with the band where we spoke with guitarist Ben Savage, he told us that the band’s latest album is “a continuation of what was presented in The Valley, a continuation of the story and that is reflected in the music, the lyrics and the story telling. The Valley was short stories where each song had its own tale to tell but this album is just like a big saga from beginning to end and that’s something we’ve never done before so we’re really excited about it. We were nervous at first but once we started writing songs and getting together in a room to go through the material we grew in confidence. We’ve been doing this for 15 years and have released seven albums before this one so we kind of know the drill by now. It starts off as a bit of a daunting task but once you start cracking the stress kind of falls by the wayside. We usually come together with all of our ideas and material that we have collected individually and see what we think would be the best ideas to bring forward, make a few deposits in the riff bank! Then it all becomes a bit of a distillation process, once you get a couple of songs written and you start to see the bigger picture.”
