Within The Ruins release new music video for ‘The Last Son’

WITHIN THE RUINS have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track The Last Son, is taken from the American progressive deathcore band’s upcoming new album, Phenomena II, which is scheduled to be released in August this year, via MNRK Heavy.

Speaking about the new song, guitarist Joe Cocchi says, “in The Last Son, a planet is destroyed, and Earth becomes home for one of the only survivors of that world. For some, he’s an alien that doesn’t belong. For others, he’s the saviour god they’ve been looking for. Whether they accept him, or reject him, he stays to protect the people he has adopted as his own. Every song has a vibe. This one is slower for us. The Last Son also has Superman-inspired lyrics that worked very well.”
