Yes announce new album ‘Aurora’

YES have announced a brand new album!

The legendary London-based progressive rock band’s twenty‑fourth studio album, Aurora, is set for release on June 12th via InsideOut Music/Sony Music. The record is the follow-up to 2023’s Mirror to the Sky and features the current lineup of Steve Howe, Geoff Downes, Jon Davison, Billy Sherwood and Jay Schellen.

Speaking about the album, guitarist Steve Howe shares, “making this record was joyful, a chance to play, explore and give everything to the music. It’s always been about collaboration, somebody can write a song, but until everybody puts their contribution in it isn’t really a Yes song. We’re not trying to echo the past; we’re carrying the spirit of Yes forward and turning it into something new.”

Alongside the announcement, YES have released the first single from the album, Aurora, which arrives with an animated music video created by Matt Hutchings [GREG LAKE, OASIS, IRON MAIDEN].
