Borders announce new album ‘Bloom Season’
BORDERS have announced a new album!
Titled Bloom Season, the upcoming album from the UK metalcore band is the follow-up to 2019’s Purify, and is scheduled to be released in November this year, via Arising Empire.
Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming album; Godless. The new single features a guest appearance from CANE HILL and is the third single to be released from the upcoming album; following on from Suffer and NWWM.
Speaking about the new song, the band says, “Godless is about questioning your faith during your darkest hour. I wrote it when one of my close family members fell ill, I thought to myself if there was a God why would they allow such thing to happen. Coming from a religious background, I wrote this in anger and frustration. It should be normal to question your faith, especially when faith is the problem – and that’s what Godless is all about.”
