Minor ‘Love announce self-titled EP
MINOR ‘LOVE have announced a new EP!
The new EP, a self-titled effort, follows the Ohio emo outfit’s 2019 full-length Good But Not Great and is scheduled to be released later this month via Acrobat Unstable Records.
“I think we all agreed we wanted to move towards a more claustrophobic/dark sound for this EP. Previously, our songs and the writing on the last two records were reflective of positive changes that I was going through. Where as opposed to Insults, I wasn’t in a great headspace. This EP harkens back to the Insults era, trying to forgive myself for how I acted when I was a kid. Sonic is actually a song we wrote back in like 2018. In that way I think it was really appropriate to self-title this work. It’s very much a reflection of where I was when we started this band.”
Alongside the announcement of the EP, the band have released its lead single God’s Design.
