Crash And The Void release new music video for ‘The Villain’
CRASH AND THE VOID have released a new music video!
The new music video is for the brand new single from the Pretoria-based heavy alternative cosmic rock band, titled The Villain, which is taken from their self-titled debut album which is set to drop early next year.
The track is inspired by the profound philosophies of political thinker Hannah Arendt and the controversial concept of “moral relativism”, and it delves into the depths of moral relativism, drawing further inspiration from the profound works of Friedrich Nietzsche.
Speaking about the track, guitarist and chief songwriter Marius Schutte comments, “I tried to write a song that combines classic rock tropes with film score elements usually associated with Villains and bad guys, combining the two sounds left me with the basic building blocks of The Villain. The chord changes make you feel like a super-villain executing your master plan to secure world domination.”
