Crash And The Void release new songs ‘Black Sheep’ and ‘Garbage Truck’
CRASH AND THE VOID have released two new songs!
Titled Black Sheep and Garbage Truck, the new songs present the alternative cosmic rock band’s take on two tracks from the soundtrack to Scott Pilgrim vs. The World in anticipation of the new Netflix series which launched today. They come just one week after the release of the band’s latest single The Villain, and the latter of the two comes with a music video.
Speaking about the tracks, vocalist and guitarist Marius Schutte comments, “We got our name from one of the fictional bands in the Scott Pilgrim VS. The World universe – specifically CRASH AND THE BOYS. If you didn’t get the reference before, now you do. We absolutely love that world, the characters, and the music. BECK has always been an inspiration, and bands like METRIC fit that world so well. All we can do is honor them by making good and fun music. It was so fun doing these covers!”
