Funeral announce new album ‘Gospel Of Bones’
FUNERAL have announced a new album!
Titled Gospel Of Bones, the upcoming album from the Norwegian funeral doom metal band is the follow-up to 2021’s Praesentialis In Aeternum, and is scheduled to be released in October this year, via Season Of Mist.
The upcoming album album intends to guide the listener through scenes of mournful splendour, from the prematurely snuffed light in Too Young To Die to the abyssal depths of Når Kisten Senkes. Each song stands as a monument to the perpetual dance between life and the inevitable shadow of death.
Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming album; My Own Grave.
