Sarcator announce new album ‘Swarming Angels & Flies’

SARCATOR have announced a new album!

Titled Swarming Angels & Flies, the upcoming album from the Swedish blackened thrash metal band is the follow-up to 2022’s Alkahest, and is scheduled to be released in January next year, via Century Media Records.

Speaking about the upcoming album, the band shares, “we wanted to highlight the most aggressive and extreme parts of us, but we still wanted to work with dynamics, so you still have elements of classic rock and post-punk, which we started experimenting with on the last record. There is no question that it’s our most intense, brutal, and rawest creation yet – It’s not really a genre album and we like to keep it that way.”

Alongside the announcement of the new album, SARCATOR have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming album; the title track Swarming Angeles & Flies. Speaking about the new song, vocalist Mateo Tervonen says, Swarming Angels & Flies is the title track for our upcoming record for a reason. It represents the elements of the album perfectly and is one of those songs that you want to break the silence with. It erupts out of nowhere and hits you like a concrete fist. A perfect violent introduction of what’s to come and what this album really is about.”
