Opeth announce special UK show at Piece Hall
Swedish progressive metal titans OPETH have announced a special UK show!
The band will perform an exclusive concert at the iconic Piece Hall in Halifax, West Yorkshire, on Saturday 1st August 2026. Known for its historic architecture and unique atmosphere, the venue has hosted major summer shows in recent years, but only a handful of rock and metal acts such as KORN, DEFTONES, EXTREME, and THE SMASHING PUMPKINS.
The announcement of the show comes in support of the band’s latest studio album, The Last Will and Testament, which was released in November last year, via Reigning Phoenix Music.
This performance will be part of a series of special concerts in unique venues across the summer of 2026, continuing OPETH’s tradition of innovative live experiences. The full supporting bill for the Halifax show will be announced later in the year.
