Eivør releases new music video for ‘Healer’
EIVØR has revealed a brand new music video!
The uniquely talented Faroese artist has returned with Healer, marking her first new release since the arrival of her 2024 album ENN. With the new single, EIVØR opens the door to a new chapter rooted in vulnerability, strength and transformation, following an extended period of international touring across Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand.
Speaking about the meaning behind the song, she says, “Healer is a conversation with my younger self – the one who once doubted everything and didn’t feel like she was enough. It lives in the space of falling and finding your footing. The song holds onto the idea that even in those moments, something stronger is quietly building.”

The accompanying video, directed by Faroese filmmaker Katrin Joensen-Næs, extends the emotional world of the song through a stark and symbolic visual language. Shot entirely in black and white, the film unfolds around two mirrored figures, exploring themes of identity, inner dialogue and transformation, reinforcing the idea that time heals all wounds.
Following a period of near-continuous touring, Healer signals a shift towards a more direct and emotionally immediate form of songwriting, while retaining the depth and physical intensity that define her work. She adds, “I poured my heart into this song. I hope it meets you where you are, and maybe offers you a sense of strength and healing.”
