PUBLIC OPINION have released a new music video!

The new track, I Pay Everyone I Still Talk To, is taken from the Denver punk band’s upcoming sophomore album The Curse Of Public Opinion, which is set for release on August 7th via SideOneDummy. The new single follows the previously released tracks When Kevin Gets Free and Balloon Man Running, offering another taste of the band’s abrasive blend of garage rock swagger, classic punk hooks, and hardcore energy.

The release arrives ahead of the band’s upcoming live dates with QUICKSAND and SPARTA. Recorded with Brett Romnes [ANXIOUS, I AM THE AVALANCHE, HOT MULLIGAN], The Curse Of Public Opinion blends 2000s garage rock swagger, classic punk hooks and hardcore ferocity, delivering a run of defiant anthems rooted in frustration, venting and existential disappointment.

Speaking on the band’s approach, vocalist Kevin Hart explains, “a lot of bands make music about feeling bad but they’re so dialed‑in. I think our message is a little more messy, but a lot more human. At the end of the day I’m kind of a quiet, angry guy. I don’t explode, I implode. So when it comes to the songs I don’t try to stop all that from coming through.”

The Curse Of Public Opinion is set for release on August 7th, 2026 via SideOneDummy. Pre-orders are available now and can be purchased here.
