moksha release debut song ‘Three Rivers’

MOKSHA have released a new single!

The UK spiritual art-rock collective, founded by former ITHACA musician Sam Chetan-Welsh, have unveiled their debut single Three Rivers.

Blending emo, math rock, gospel, neo-soul and spiritual jazz, the collective brings together a large ensemble of musicians, including brass, woodwind, keyboards and multiple vocalists, to create expansive compositions centred around connection and enlightenment.

Speaking about the new single, the band shares, “Three Rivers takes its name from the Triveni Sangam, the confluence of three sacred rivers in India, a place where families come to immerse the ashes of loved ones and perform rituals connected with remembrance and the hope of moksha (liberation). It asks a simple question: what would you do if you knew everything was temporary? What would change?”

The project will make its festival debut at ArcTanGent Festival on August 21st.
