Kalandra release new music video for ‘Lost In The Dark’

KALANDRA have released a new music video!

The Norwegian pop/folk outfit have unveiled Lost In The Dark, the second single to be taken from their upcoming third studio album, The Other Side, which is scheduled for release on November 13th via By Norse Music.

The new track has its roots in KALANDRA‘s early years, having originally been written and composed by Helen Morrisson, a former member of the band who contributed as a songwriter, backing vocalist and pianist. The song explores themes of self-discovery, belonging and the often complicated journey of understanding oneself.

Speaking about the single, vocalist Katrine Stenbekk shares, “timelines change, and life inevitably takes us down different paths, but the friendship and the deep love for music that reaches the soul has always remained. We are therefore incredibly honoured to bring Lost in the Dark back to the surface and give this song a new life. The song is about self-discovery, and the sometimes relentless search for who we are and where we belong. Yet the journey can be paradoxical: in searching so deeply for ourselves, we can sometimes end up feeling more lost than found.”
