SNAYX announce debut album ‘Greed’
SNAYX have announced a brand new album!
The Brighton alternative punk trio have announced their debut album, GREED, which is scheduled for release on February 19th, 2027 via Nettwerk Music Group. The record follows a string of singles, including Lost Cause, Nice Day 4 It, Strut and Brain Cellz, and sees the band expand their sound into industrial, electronic and psychedelic territory while retaining the raw energy that has defined their rise.
Discussing the creative direction of the record, vocalist Charlie says, “we’ve all just found such joy in those artists, and we wanted to share that but also put our unique SNAYX spin on it.” Lainey adds, “we figured it was better to experiment and see what we could get away with than try and play it safe.”
To mark the announcement, the band have also released Gold Star, a brand new single co-written with Jordan Fish (BRING ME THE HORIZON, POPPY, ARCHITECTS).
Speaking about the track, SNAYX says, “it’s about that guy we’ve all seen flashing their cash at the bar and preaching about work ethic. He’s that ‘manosphere’ misogynist screaming about lifestyle and the grind, buying his friends and followers because they’re so inherently unlikable. Well done, you drive a nice car and got a round in, but that doesn’t make you any less insufferable.”
