A Shrimp Case release new songs ‘Banco’ and ‘La Brosse’

A SHRIMP CASE have released two new songs!

Titled Banco and La Brosse, the two new songs constitute a double-single from the Grenoble-based noisy math rock duo and were recorded as a live session.

Speaking about the tracks, guitarist Louis comments, “These songs are the two I’m most proud of. Composed at the end of 2019, they corresponded to the intention we wanted to give to the band, the turn we wanted to take without it being 90 or 180 degrees. Banco represents the more direct and edgy side of the band, with riffs more inspired by post hardcore. But it’s in La Brosse that I recognise myself best. We took the math noise rock aesthetic of another duo like PNEU and added a danceable touch. It was always the last track on our setlists at the time, and it should stay that way. We follow one shot after another without breathing, but we still party. The best of both worlds, in short!”
