Belmont release new music video for ‘What I Lack’

BELMONT have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track What I Lack, is taken from the Chicago-based pop-punk band’s upcoming new album, Aftermath, which is scheduled to be released in March this year.

Speaking about the new song, guitarist Jason Inguagiato says, What I Lack is a poppy song that plays to the classic pop punk sound of BELMONT while also incorporating the newer hip hop elements. The song has an energetic feel to it that feels like you’re listening to the soundtrack of a video game.”

“There’s a lot of serious stuff on this album. It’s personal and vulnerable and hopefully people can relate to it. But at the same time, the process of making it taught us to remember to have fun,” says vocalist Taz Johnson about the upcoming album. “All our influences are here, and we put them into one big melting pot,” Drummer Brian Lada adds. “More than anything, I just hope this album inspires people to give less of a fuck and instead do whatever they want.”

Aftermath is set for release on March 4th via Pure Noise Records. Pre-orders are available now and can be purchased here.
