Blind Channel announce new album ‘Painstream’
BLIND CHANNEL have announced a brand new album!
The Finnish modern metal outfit have revealed their sixth studio album, Painstream, which is scheduled for release on October 30th via Century Media Records. The upcoming record is the follow-up to 2024’s EXIT EMOTIONS and sees the band return after 18 months of silence with what they describe as their most mature, honest and ambitious release to date.
Speaking about the new album, the band shares, “in a world filled with uncertainty, conflict and division, pain is one thing all humans share. Rather than separating us, Painstream explores the idea that pain can unite us, reminding us of our common humanity. We examine pain from personal, societal and existential perspectives, while also uncovering something unexpected: hope.”
To coincide with the announcement, the band have unveiled a short film featuring the double single Dian and No Encores In A Swan Song, marking the first new music to be released from the upcoming record.
