Catbamboo release new music video for ‘Crave’

CATBAMBOO have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the song Crave, is just one of many tracks which will be featured on the band’s hotly anticipated full-length debut effort which is pencilled in for release later in 2021.

Crave also features guest vocals from Kurt Travis [ex-DANCE GAVIN DANCE, ROYAL CODA, A LOT LIKE BIRDS]. Talking about the track, guitarist Ky Williams says “My first time meeting Kurt was on a drunken Halloween night in New Orleans. He expressed interest in collaborating one day and gave me his number. Fast forward two years and we’re flying out to California after sending him this track. Such a fun song to write and record – we just chilled out with Kurt at his studio for a few days. We watched his creative process and got to do gang vocals with him so it felt like even us instrumentalists were involved in the vocal process. Fran Garcia from Hejira Studios brought it all together with his masterful mix.

As well as acquiring the services of Kurt Travis the Louisiana based progressive rock trio also have features from members of THE FALL OF TROYELEPHANT GYMSITHU AYE and UNPROCESSED which is a testament to the talent and promise this collective possess to deliver collaborations with such impressive musicians.

Unfortunately, the pandemic forced the band to cut their UK tour short in 2020 but they are working on some exciting festival appearances for later in 2021.
