Cryptopsy sign with Nuclear Blast Records

CRYPTOPSY have signed with Nuclear Blast Records!

As one of the veterans of the technical death metal scene, the Canadians have made a lasting impact on extreme music with the likes of 1994’s Blasphemy Made Flesh and 1996’s None So Vile.

Now, after a period in which the band went independent (which saw the release of 2012’s self-titled effort, 2015’s The Book Of Suffering – Tome 1 EP and 2018’s The Book Of Suffering – Tome II EP), the band have signed to metal label giant Nuclear Blast Records.

Speaking about signing with Nuclear Blast Records, vocalist Matt McGachy states, “we are truly excited to have joined Nuclear Blast‘s roster. Many of the bands we love and a bunch of our friends have released killer albums via Nuclear Blast. Back in 2012, we became an independent band. Now in 2023, we have decided to team up with one of the most influential metal labels. We are eager to be showcased alongside the world’s best metal acts and can’t wait to unveil the next era of CRYPTOPSY as a Nuclear Blast artist.”
