Damnation Festival announce At The Gates
Damnation Festival have revealed that AT THE GATES will perform at this year’s festival!
After announcing GREEN LUNG, FULL OF HELL and WE LOST THE SEA (who join a strong billing of MINISTRY, CONVERGE, PIG DESTROYER and more) in November, now, the UK independent metal festival one-dayer have revealed a very special band for this year’s festival.
Swedish melodic death metal juggernauts AT THE GATES have been announced to perform at this year’s festival, where they will perform their iconic Slaughter Of The Soul record in its entirety.
Speaking about the announcement, festival organiser Gavin McInally says, “we’re building the line-up we always hoped we could with a venue and fanbase to support it. It’s a little surreal to think we sold out the cancelled 2020 festival with PIG DESTROYER and WOLVES IN THE THRONE ROOM set to headline before the COVID chaos kicked in. Now we have both those incredible bands back on the bill with the likes of MINISTRY, CONVERGE and AT THE GATES playing Slaughter Of The Soul. We just need that ‘Sold Out’ sign again to start an incredible new chapter for the festival.”
