Dawn Of Solace announce new album ‘Skeletons’

DAWN OF SOLACE have announced a brand new album!

The Finnish melancholic death/doom outfit led by Tuomas Saukkonen (WOLFHEART, BEFORE THE DAWN) will release their fifth full-length album, Skeletons, on February 12th, 2027 via self-release. The record follows 2025’s Affliction Vortex and marks the band’s first new album in two years.

Alongside the album announcement, the band have shared the album’s title track, Skeletons, as the lead single. Speaking about the new single, Tuomas Saukkonen says, “Skeletons is a hypnotic nordic pulse that grows darker and stronger until the grandeur of the chorus kicks in and brings a tidal wave of melodies. The whole album is packed with contrast between the harsh and melodic voice of Mikko Heikkilä and Skeletons is a perfect musical embodiment of that vast talent that captures both darkness and light.”
