Dayseeker announce new acoustic album ‘Replica’

DAYSEEKER have announced a new album!

Titled Replica, the upcoming album from the American post-hardcore is the follow-up to 2022’s Dark Sun, and is scheduled to be released in June this year, via Spinefarm Records.

The upcoming album features stripped down, intimate renditions of familiar fan favourites. The collection also includes an EVANESCENCE cover and appearances from HOLDING ABSENCE‘s Lucas Woodland and indie artist Amber DeLaRosa.

Speaking about the upcoming acoustic album, vocalist Rory Rodriguez says, Replica is one of our favorite releases to date. It completely shows a new side to our band and the kind of music we’re capable of creating.”

Alongside the announcement of the new acoustic album, the band have released a new acoustic rendition of Burial Plot. The song features a guest appearance from BEARTOOTH‘s Caleb Shomo.

Speaking about the new song, Rodriguez says, Burial Plot (Acoustic) is our third rendition that’s officially been released so we knew we had to make it special and interesting for our fans. Caleb Shomo absolutely helped transform this song and it’s one of our favorites.”
