Enforcer announce new album ‘Nostalgia’

ENFORCER have announced a new album!

Titled Nostalgia, the upcoming album from the Swedish heavy metal band is the follow-up to 2019’s Zenith, and is scheduled to be released in May this year, via Nuclear Blast Records.

The upcoming album was recorded at vocalist/guitarist Olof Wikstrand and drummer/keyboardist Jonas Wikstrand‘s own Hvergelmer Studios, where the most recent ENFORCER records also first saw the light of day. All 13 album tracks were captured between October 2020 and February 2022. The entire record was produced, mixed, and engineered by the band. The artwork for Nostalgia was made by Adam Burke.

Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming album; Coming Alive. Speaking about the new song, and the upcoming album, Olof Wikstrand says, “we’re super happy to announce our first new music in four years! Heavy metal is Coming Alive. After the experimental Zenith we feel securely back to our roots again with another uncompromising heavy metal album for the masses. Nostalgia is a heavy metal trip of 13 aggressive heavy metal anthems. It’s recorded and mixed in analogue fashion in Hvergelmer Studios, Arvika and produced yet again by the band and with some help from long time producer Rikard Löfgren. The artwork is made by insanely talented Adam Burke.
