Firtan release new music video for ‘Ascension’

FIRTAN have released a new music video!

The German black metal outfit have unveiled a video for Ascension, the second single to be taken from their upcoming fifth studio album, Helios, which is scheduled for release on October 2nd via AOP Records.

According to the band, Helios explores the pursuit of enlightenment through adversity, examining themes of self-mastery and personal transformation. Named after the Greek sun god, the album combines black metal ferocity with crushing death metal weight, while incorporating violin, ritualistic chants and analogue synths to create a richly layered soundscape.
