Fluisteraars announce new album ‘Jacht der Mysteriën’

Titled Jacht der Mysteriën, the upcoming release from the Dutch atmospheric black metal outfit is set for release on September 11th via Eisenwald. The band’s sixth full-length album, and the follow-up to 2024’s Manifestaties van de ontworteling, is comprised of three epic compositions centred around the pursuit of the unknown, drawing inspiration from local folklore, mysterious lights seen in the woods, and observations of the natural world around them.

Conceived as a complete live band record, the album was captured in a single take with longtime producer T. Cochrane before being reamped through the hollow cylinder of an abandoned water tower, creating an immersive and haunting sonic landscape. The album was mixed by T. Cochrane and M. Koops, mastered by G. Chandler, and features artwork created by vocalist B. Mollema.
