Foreign Body announce new album ‘Libertine’

FOREIGN BODY have announced a brand new album!

Titled Libertine, the upcoming release from the Brooklyn-based noise rock/punk outfit is set for release on September 11th via Brutal Panda Records. The band’s second full-length album follows their 2022 debut Fixed, and is described as an unrelenting exploration of vice, excess, and moral decay.

The record was recorded by Matt Russell (REZN, OOZING WOUND, BIG LAUGH), mixed and mastered by Matt Ibarra (RECTAL HYGIENICS) at STR in San Diego, while the artwork was created by vocalist Hugh Potter.

Speaking about the album’s concept, the band shares, “the notion of Libertine is the idea of an individual, usually people with a lot of wealth that have the capacity to act upon their desires to the fullest extent. It’s an investigation of that idea to its farthest, impossible conclusion, within literature and a modern context.”

Alongside the announcement, the band have released the new single, Trophy.
