Frost * reveal album details; launch lyric video for ‘Heartstrings’

FROST * have announced details of their new album, and have released a brand new lyric video for Heartstrings!

Sussex progressive quartet FROST * have announced that their latest album Falling Satellites, will be released on 27th May 2016 via InsideOut Records. Accompanying this announcement is a lyric video for the track Heartstrings, which can be viewed below:

Band leader Jem Godfrey comments: “So finally the definitive version of a song that’s perhaps the oldest of the songs that were written for this album. It was also the first time I ever co-wrote with John Mitchell. It’s working title was ‘Tyrannosaurus Riff’.”

Falling Satellites will be the band’s first album in 8 years, and is the follow-up to the acclaimed Experiments In Mass Appeal. Comprising 11 songs, the final 6 forming a 32-minute long suite, Falling Satellites also features a guest appearance from Grammy-nominated axeman Joe Satriani, who Godfrey played with on the G3 Tour in 2012.

The band are set to embark on a UK tour in support of the album – a full list of confirmed dates can be viewed below:
