Godeater release new music video for ‘A Pale Shadow’

GODEATER have released a new music video!

The music video, for the track A Pale Shadow, is the second part of the double-A side with You Are No Exception which was released at the end of 2020. The two tracks are the first new material since the Scottish tech death band’s 2019 debut album All Flesh Is Grass.

The new song was mixed and mastered at the iconic Studio Fredman by Fredrik Nordström in Sweden. Vocalist Josh Graham expands on its lyrical theme, “Lyrically this song is not a linear part two to You Are No Exception, but more of an expansion on the themes it introduces. It primarily reflects on the concept of complacency – as damaging as it can be, it’s also very easy to give into. It stops us from being who we can really be, as individuals and as a collective, so it’s worth remembering that even though change can be tough, it’s worth it.”
